Every marketing company does work you cannot see, then sends you a report it wrote about itself. We do it the other way around.
The five things on the screen
Not a dashboard of levers. Five panels, in the order a route owner cares about them.
Calls
The phone call is the money moment. Not a click, not an impression. So that is what the portal opens on.
Recorded · transcribed · traced to the ad that caused itEvery call with the channel that produced it · answered, missed and recovered · full recording · full transcript, readable at a stoplight · voicemails transcribed · your answer rate over time
Money
Not a spend report. Spend sitting beside what it produced, channel by channel.
This month beside last monthSpend by channel · leads by channel · cost per lead by channel · which channel is getting cheaper and which is getting more expensive
Your map
The same 49 points. Same grid, same spacing, same keyword. Every single month.
Identical settings every time · that is the whole trickWhere you moved · where you slipped · which competitor moved on you · block-by-block coverage, not one average ranking number
Reputation
Every review across every platform, and every response, in one feed.
New ones as they landReview count and rating by platform · which jobs produced them · response status · new reviews as they post
The monthly recap
A short video. Chris, plain English, three or four minutes. What happened, what it means, what happens next month.
Every month · not a PDF nobody opens Results only. Never the knobs. Why the map panel is the one clients open first
- Identical settings every time is the whole trick. Most reports quietly change the parameters and show you a prettier picture.
- If the geometry changes, the comparison is worthless. Ours never changes, so the month-over-month view is real.
- That makes it intelligence on your own streets. Not "your ranking improved," but which competitor took which four blocks off you in July.
Why the call panel says "recovered"
Recovered means you missed the call and something caught them before they dialed the next company.
- Missed-call text back. Miss a call and the caller gets a text within seconds, automatically.
- The AI Concierge. Answers, qualifies, captures the address and the need, and books the time while you are on a route or asleep. Included in the plan. Keep it on or turn it off.
Both appear in the same call list, labeled for what they were. Capture is where most local marketing money is lost, so it gets a column, not a footnote.
What is deliberately not in here
No keyword lists, no bid adjustments, no ad set structures, no audience builders. Not because anything is hidden — ask and we walk you through any of it, in as much detail as you want.
A dashboard full of levers you did not ask for is homework, and you did not hire us for homework.
One login. Nothing bounces you elsewhere.
Not five tools with five passwords. Not a monthly email with screenshots pasted in. Not somebody else's software you log into to see your own numbers. One screen, current at 11pm on a Sunday.
Why the portal is the actual product
Anybody can run ads. Very few can tell you which ad produced the customer on Elm Street.
Without it you lose roughly 30 to 40% of your conversion data to ad blockers, browser privacy defaults and the iOS changes that broke ordinary pixels. Data that never arrives cannot be optimized toward, and cannot be shown to you. This is our own figure, not a published study.
Complete attribution is the hard part, and why the foundation system holds about forty separate jobs. All of it exists so one screen can answer one question: what did I get for my money?
Most operators have never been given a real answer to that. That is what we are actually selling.
